Melbourne Gliding Club is a diverse and welcoming club, which promotes a safe, inclusive environment for all members. The following documents serve as the definitive references which define the expected behaviour of all club members.

Gliding Federation of Australia Code of Conduct
Melbourne Gliding Club utilises the Gliding Federation of Australia Code of Conduct as its official Code of Conduct. Acceptance and adherance to this code is a requirement for membership.

VicSport Fair Play Code
Additionally, Melbourne Gliding Club recognises and implements the Fair Play Code provided by VicSport. This code is adopted by the majority of Victoria's sporting and recreational organisations, and serves to promote a safe, fair and respectful environment across Victoria's sporting clubs. Members of Melbourne Gliding Club are expected to understand and abide by this Code.
