Have you seen something unsafe? Melbourne Gliding Club encourages the reporting of all safety incidents, risks and suggestions.
Reporting a risk or safety incident is quick and easy, and may be done anonymously.
Melbourne Gliding Club maintains a zero-blame reporting culture, and encourages all members to self-report their observations, suggestions and mistakes, both on the ground and in the air. The data gathered from safety reports is used to improve our operation, our equipment and our training focus.
Members of other gliding clubs, other airfield users and guests are also encouraged to submit a report if they have observed a safety risk.
